The Admin Tool must have an Expere content repository open to connect to the Requirements and Content database. This process assumes that the repository has been loaded to your content management system or file system and is available to the Admin Tool.
After opening the Admin Tool:
- Select Generate Requirements & Content Editor Database from the Tools menu.
- Select CAEAdministrationTool from the System Data Sources menu.
- Select the User Data Source.
- Click Use Below to populate the Build Properties.
- Click Build.
The databases will be built and tables populated.
Note: You can verify that the databases have been created using SQL Server Management Studio.
